At hireparse, we believe privacy isn’t just a feature — it’s a foundation. That’s why we’ve built hireparse with a no-storage, no-tracking, and no-training mindset.

This Privacy Policy outlines the limited data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. By using hireparse, you agree to the practices described here.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to operate the service:

  • Operational metadata (e.g., timestamp, API usage metrics) to ensure the platform functions properly and prevent abuse.
  • Optional contact info (e.g., your email) if you reach out to us directly via email or web forms.

We do not store any resumes or parsed data in our database. Uploads are processed in-memory and discarded immediately after the parsing response is delivered.

No Data Retention by Design

We designed hireparse to be stateless and ephemeral:

  • Resume files and extracted data are not saved on our servers or databases.
  • No personal data is used for machine learning, training, or analytics.
  • We do not perform any profiling, tracking, or behavior-based personalization.

Your data is your own — we simply help you structure it and return it to you instantly.

Data Sharing

We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

The only case where data might be accessed is:

  • If you contact our support team and provide data voluntarily for debugging.
  • If required by law (e.g., a court order), we may need to disclose information—but this would be limited to what we actually have, which is nearly nothing by design.

Security

Although we don’t store resume data, all file transmissions are encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We follow best practices to protect our infrastructure from unauthorized access.

Your Rights

Because we don’t retain your data, there’s generally no data to delete, export, or modify. But you can always reach out to us at privacy@hireparse.com if you have concerns or questions, and we’ll respond promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our architecture or legal requirements. All changes will be posted on this page.
